Club terms

The current service

AURA offers free practice games and invitation-based membership for private, unrated chess. There are no paid entries, cash or cryptocurrency prizes, deposits, token sales or investment services in this release. A Black Pass represents access to club features, not an NFT, transferable asset or right to future rewards.

Membership and invitations

You must be at least 18 to become a member. Validate a valid personal invitation, then register with your email address and password. Public registration always requires an unused, unexpired invitation. Invitation codes are single-use and expire after seven days. Members may introduce up to three new members; redeemed invitations count towards this allocation. The operator’s founding account has an allocation of twenty. Do not sell codes, impersonate someone else or automate account creation.

Fair play and game rules

Private chess rooms use server-validated legal moves and turns, have no running chess clock and expire after 24 hours. Do not use outside engines against another member without agreement. The solo engine is a casual practice opponent. Reflex and Market Mind scores are session-based practice results, not verified competitive rankings. Device latency, interruptions and market-source availability can affect results. The rules on each game screen explain scoring and interrupted rounds.

Wallets and future services

Connecting a wallet shares a public address; it does not verify legal identity or authorize a payment. This service never requests a recovery phrase. Any future paid event would need separately published rules, funded prizes, asset and network details, fees, eligibility, settlement and dispute procedures before entry opens. No launch date, profit, instant payout or legal classification is promised.

Your control

You can delete your membership from the Club page. This removes your profile, invitations and associated chess rooms. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. Service availability may be interrupted for maintenance or external provider outages.

Privacy notice

Member information

After you choose to join, AURA stores your email address, a site-specific account identifier, your chosen display name, membership tier and creation time, the invitation relationship, hashed invitation codes and their expiry, revocation and redemption state. Your email is used as an account identifier. Passwords are stored as salted, one-way scrypt hashes, never as plaintext. Recovery keys and session tokens are stored as hashes. An email address alone does not verify identity or confer administrative rights. Administrative access is provisioned from an already verified operator session or a single-use, time-limited founding invitation issued through the site hosting account and bound to the operator email.

Game records

Private chess rooms store participant identifiers, move history, status and timestamps. Only participants can view a joined room. An invited member who successfully joins receives the other player’s display name and game history. Practice scores and market calls stay in the current page session and are not saved to a member leaderboard.

Wallet and provider data

Connected addresses are displayed in the current page and are not saved to the club database. WalletConnect, when configured and selected, contacts Reown’s relay and may store session information in your browser. Wallet extensions and mobile wallet applications process connection data under their own policies. Market quotes come from Coinbase through the AURA server. Loading a configured broadcast contacts YouTube or Vimeo. The optional concierge voice uses your browser’s speech service; the selected device voice may use its provider’s network service.

Storage, retention and deletion

Membership, email account and invitation records remain until you delete your membership. Essential, secure HTTP-only cookies maintain sign-in for seven days, or thirty days when you choose to stay signed in. Login attempts are rate-limited using short-lived hashed identifiers. Expired session and attempt records are removed on subsequent authentication requests. Deletion removes your email account, password and recovery hashes, active sessions, invitations, chess rooms and profile from the application database, and removes your identifier from other members’ inviter fields. Other members’ accounts remain active. Expired chess rooms cannot be opened; their records remain until a participant deletes their membership. Infrastructure backups and security logs are managed separately by the hosting provider. Ordinary request information, such as IP address and user agent, can be processed to deliver and secure the service.

Controls

Use the Club page to review your profile, revoke unused invitations, sign out or delete your membership. A private recovery key is displayed once after registration. It allows password recovery and is replaced after use; a recovery invalidates all prior sessions. No email verification or password-reset email is sent by the current service. Disconnect your wallet and revoke site permissions within your wallet to end access. The operator must supply its formal identity, privacy contact and applicable rights procedures before expanding the service to payments, identity documents or regulated competitions. No claim of universal GDPR or KVKK compliance is made by this release.

Play with perspective

Set a time limit, take breaks and stop when play affects your wellbeing. No score is a measure of your financial ability. A successful price-direction call does not predict investment performance. Never borrow to compete or treat play as an income source.
