Terms and limitations.

Submitting an enquiry does not book an inspection or create a payment obligation. Work begins only after written scope, availability, travel costs and price are accepted.

Scope confirmation

Each assignment is limited to the facility, date, sample, documents and checks stated in the written quotation. Additional time, travel, testing or locations require separate agreement.

Inspection limitations

An inspection records conditions observed within the agreed sample and time. It is not a guarantee of every unit, future production, supplier performance or regulatory compliance.

Laboratory testing

Visual, dimensional and documentary inspection does not replace accredited laboratory testing, certification, engineering approval or legal advice. These services must be arranged separately when required.

Buyer responsibility

The buyer remains responsible for specifications, approved samples, contractual requirements, regulatory obligations and the final decision to approve, hold, reject or ship goods.

Confidentiality

Commercial information is treated as confidential and shared only as reasonably necessary to arrange and complete the agreed service, subject to legal requirements.

Cancellation and travel

Cancellation, rescheduling, non-access and incurred travel costs will be stated in the written quotation before approval.
