Information we collect
We collect the business and contact information you provide, including company name, contact name, email address, supplier details, product information and inspection requirements.
How we use it
Information is used to review your enquiry, prepare a scope and quotation, communicate about the requested service, maintain business records and protect the service from abuse.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits and actions such as inspection request submissions, WhatsApp or email link selections and sample report views. Analytics may process device, browser, approximate location and usage information. Advertising storage and advertising personalisation are disabled. You can decline analytics or reopen Privacy choices at any time.
Security and abuse prevention
We process short-lived technical security signals, including a hashed network and browser fingerprint, submission timing and rate-limit records, to prevent spam and automated abuse. These security records are retained for up to 48 hours.
Technical documents
The website does not accept document uploads. If documents are required, you may send drawings, purchase orders, specifications and product photographs to ergun@inspecvera.com after submitting an enquiry.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in a restricted administrative system and are accessible only to the authorised operator. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for enquiry management, legal obligations and legitimate business records.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only when necessary to deliver the agreed service, provide consented analytics, comply with law or protect legal rights.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of your enquiry information, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping obligations, through ergun@inspecvera.com.
